1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or store credit.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at PAIRFECTLTD@GMAIL.COM or call us at 07734702197 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

3. Exchanges

  • Exchange for Another Product: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange. You can then select another product of equal value from our store. If the new product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the amount of the returned item(s). This store credit can be used on any future purchase from PAIRFECT LTD and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged, including:

  • Sale items (if applicable)

5. Damaged or Defective Items
