SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of your order confirmation email, You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

• Orders over £15: Free express shipping
• Orders under £15: £4.29

Estimated delivery dates for each product and size are shown on the product page.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 1/3 working days of being placed. While the service is highly reliable, delivery times are not guaranteed and delays may occur, particularly during peak periods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We also ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery usually takes 7/21 working days depending on where you are. Any customs charges or import duties are the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it.

ADDRESSES
Please double check your address at checkout. We can't deliver to P.O. boxes, so use a physical address. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, you'll need to cover the cost of sending it out again.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email us at TEAM@PAIRFECT.CO.UK as soon as you can. For damaged parcels, please include a photo. We'll sort out a replacement or refund and deal with Royal Mail ourselves.
